Due to this, the following website features will be unavailable from Sunday, January 5th at 6 PM EST through the evening of Monday, January 6th. Unavailable functions: + Online ordering + Autoship order management + Account log-in or management + Online booking for grooming + Access to view and redeem Rewards, including ability to access reward coupons online and ability to convert points to coupons + Ability to sign-up for Rewards program In addition, if you've logged in to your account within the last 13 months, you will be prompted to create a new password for your account. This password cannot be the same as your old password and will require a 10-character password, that must include at least one number and both upper and lower case letters. If you have not logged in to your account in the last 13 months, you will need to create a new online account. Use the same email as before, and all Rewards points will transfer over.
